Safely Navigating Through COVID-19

Our stores are all currently open for dine in.

We continue to stay committed to the health and well-being of our families and customers.

Updated December 6, 2020

As the country continues to navigate through a second surge of Coronavirus we promise to keep the public informed on any substantial changes in the way we operate our businesses. Currently all of our locations continue to provide the safest, socially distanced environment possible and are adhering to the guidelines provided by our governing authorities.

At this time, all of our locations are open for both indoor dining and curbside take out. All locations have partnered with 3rd party delivery services to provide an additional level of safety and convenience for our guests.

We appreciate the unwavering support we have had from the public through the pandemic and hope you all can stick with us until we move through this together.

Cheers!

We talk about our core values often here. They are important to us and measure the way in which we conduct business and relationships on every level. We live them daily. “Family First” is a common theme heard throughout our restaurants. We believe that to our core. That includes a laser sharp focus on the health and safety of our families; team members, guests, community and partners, at all times.

We have a very high standard of cleanliness as it is. We are one of the cleanest and safest restaurants in the state as inspected and verified by the local county and state health departments. We will continue business practices as usual with safe handling of food and personal hygiene. However, we have pledged to be even more diligent in the way we protect our guests and staff moving forward.

Following are measures we are taking and controls we’ve put into place to ensure the safety and health of our team, guests, partners and their families:

We have increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures. This includes but is not limited to, washing and sanitizing all surfaces guests come in contact with such as tables, chairs, doorknobs, salt & pepper shakers and menus. Hand washing procedures are being refreshed with all team members.

We are mandating that anyone with cold, fever, or respiratory, flu or stomach symptoms stay home until they are well enough to return to work.

We are instituting a travel restriction from now until further notice. This means we are requiring no unnecessary business travel for our team members. Team members who choose to travel for leisure will be evaluated case by case and potentially kept from work for up to 14 days.

We are implementing a no-hug, no-handshake policy at our restaurants until further notice.

We appreciate your understanding that, as a customer, your Simply Crepes Experience may look different as we navigate through this time together. While we are currently maintaining regular operations across all locations, our restaurants are prepared to modify operations with options that still allow us to welcome you with the warmth and homespun, well-crafted food you are accustomed to. This means we may adapt the store experience by limiting seating to improve social distancing.

Please keep in mind, our food will continue to be accessible through at-home delivery services via our own online ordering portal, GrubHub, DoorDash and for corporate catering via EZ Cater

Thank you for being a loyal customer. At Simply Crepes we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to focus on the facts and prioritize the health and well-being of our customers and partners. We continuously monitor the information coming from the CDCWorld Health Organization, as well as the New York State Department of Health and Human Services and will continue to make decisions with vigilance and courage informed by the latest science-based information and guided by our mission and values.  We encourage you to stay up to date on the facts as well, sourcing credible sources versus the hype and fear that can be easily transmitted through social media.

It is our intent to always provide our staff and customers with a safe place to work and gather. To that end, since this is a very dynamic and evolving situation we will update this communication as needed.
